Oxbridge Farm Catering

Joanna Killin takes great pride in creating menus that incorporate your ideas and has inventive menus for all budgets. All the food is homemade, from medlar jelly and sorbets to hand-cut pommes-frites and beautiful desserts.

Joanna can provide hot and cold canapés, as well as three to five course meals, tailored to your tastes, with inspiration from France, Italy and the Far East. From paella to curries to tagine, she can also provide a full range of international cuisine.

Joanna prides herself on producing beautifully presented food served with care and efficiency. Through meetings and tastings she can devise a tailor-made wedding breakfast and timeline for your day so that you can be assured that every detail is taken care of.

I grew up on a farm and still farm part-time today. This has given me a passion for supporting British farmers and local quality produce, and consequently I source my ingredients from great local suppliers such as Rawles Butcher, Samways Fishmonger, the Washingpool Farm Shop and Chesil Smokery.

Crostini of pea purée, pea and parmesan shavings with a drizzle of truffle oil

STARTER

Stuffed courgette flowers in a tempura batter served with a courgette salad

Grapefruit and Gin Sorbet

MAIN COURSE

West Country fillet served with fine French beans, béarnaise sauce and pommes frites

DESSERT

Dorset blueberry cheesecake served with fresh blueberries, raspberries and edible flowers

Smoked mackerel with mackerel pate, dilled cucumber, cucumber jelly and lemon pearls served with melba toast

Wild seabass with a beurre blanc sauce sorrel potato cakes, peas and broad beans with bacon lardons

DESSERT

Raspberry sorbet in a brandy snap basket
